My Role
Visual Designer & Concept Support Intern
I contributed to visual storytelling, material design, and cross-team communication, supporting both conceptual development and execution-ready event visuals.

• Translating abstract brand values into clear visual narratives
• Supporting fast-paced event workflows with execution-ready visuals
• Balancing storytelling with real-world spatial and production constraints
Process
• Developed a narrative arc and visual references for Huawei’s opening sequence
• Created storyboards and AI-assisted visuals to align motion and production teams
• Designed event materials and signage for Amazon pop-up activations
• Collaborated with cross-disciplinary teams to ensure brand consistency across touchpoints
Outcome
The work helped improve visual clarity and alignment across teams, demonstrating how strong visual direction can support both emotional storytelling and practical event execution in large-scale events.
A combined case study developed during my internship at Freeman, showcasing my involvement in narrative-driven concept development and functional on-site visual design for international events.
